Testing Facilities
We can do following tests at our transformer testing lab (in-house) as per IS 1180 Part 1 2014 with all amendments: –
1) Separate source voltage withstand test on both windings
2) Induced over voltage and over frequency test
3) Ratio and Polarity test
4) Vector group verification test
5) Insulation Resistance measurement test
6) Winding resistance measurement test on both windings
7) Open circuit test to measure No Load loss and No-load current at different voltages
8) Short Circuit test to measure losses at 50% load and 100% load, Impedance voltage and unbalance current at neutral
9) Oil BDV measurement test
10) Temperature Rise test sustainability
11) Pressure and Vaccine test
12) Magnetic balance test
13) Oil leakage test
14) Flux density test by calculation method
15) Dimension, Weight, Clearances and physical measurement test
